Our story
We started North Morris Communities because the Genesee County area deserves better. Too many manufactured home communities are run as absentee investments — owners far away, problems left for residents to deal with. We do the opposite. The team here lives locally, knows the residents by name, and treats this property the way we'd treat our own.
The community at 9098 N Saginaw Road has 300+ home sites just minutes from downtown Mount Morris and I-475 access into Flint. We sell new and pre-owned homes, manage the community day-to-day, and host events that turn neighbors into friends.
